I always love Pastor Fred Hartley s books. They create a new zeal for Jesus in me and I enthusiastically recommend God on Fire: Encountering the Manifest Presence of Christ. Our God is a consuming fire!

As we encounter and hold out the blazing inferno of God’s manifest presence, others will say, “Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you” (Zechariah 8:23).

hunger for the manifest presence of Christ

Wow! This book is a life-changer. Is there an insatiable hunger in your heart for more of God? To experience His presence in your life in a more tangible way? While reading this book during my morning quiet times with God I have experienced His presence In such a beautiful life-changing way. I urge you to get this book and allow Fred Hartley to teach you from the word of God how you too can experience the sweet presence of our Lord Jesus Christ in a more tangible way. Your life will never be the same. The things of this world will melt more and more away from your life, you will become more sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and will not want to grieve Him in any way because nothing this world has to offer compares to the sweet manifest presence Christ. If you have this hunger in your heart thank God for it for He is the one who has put that hunger in your heart and He alone can fill it.
